Return & Refund Policy
**If a return is needed, please contact CaseSwagger at info@caseswagger.com before shipping back, we will supply an RMA number for the return.**
**Without an RMA number there is no way to process your return.**
During the Holiday season, if you need to exchange an item due to choosing the wrong version, etc. Please just reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, CaseSwagger cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (1-3 days), we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@caseswagger.com and supply your RMA number so we can investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
During the Holiday season we understand if you need to exchange items due to gifts being the wrong version of the phone, etc.. Please just reach out even if it is past the 14 day return period, we will do our best to accommodate the change.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@caseswagger.com and send your item to: CaseSwagger, 1204 Yonker Place, Fostoria, OH 44830.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
