Yes, our cases are composed of a high impact-resistant polycarbonate plastic that will keep your tech well protected.  Our slim cases offer great protection against scratches and every day wear and tear.  Our line of tough cases come with a rubber shock-absorbent layer with a customizable outer shell.

Q.  How much time does it take for me to get my case(s)?

A.  We promise to ship your order within 1-3 days of ordering.  All case orders are generally fulfilled the same day as the order.  Therefore, they are usually shipped out the next day. If there is any delay you will be notified by email. 

      For International orders the arrival time can vary due to customs.

Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-2 weeks
Q. What about Customs and import taxes?
A. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Q. Does the image on the case last?

A.  All of our cases have been extensively tested on general wear and tear! You will not see the corners peeling like traditional sticker cases.


Q. If I want a bulk order of cases, can you offer a discount?

A.  Yes, at CaseSwagger, we do offer a discount on bulk orders for 10 or more cases. Please email us, info@caseswagger.com, with your contact details and we will be in touch shortly.  


Q.  What if my device isn't available?

A.  We offer a wide range of devices.  However, in the occasion that your model is not available on our website then send us an email, info@caseswagger.com, and we will do our best to cater for your device.


Q.  Will my personal images/information be kept private/confidential?

A.  Yes, we will protect your personal information.  Please see our privacy policy for further details. We take privacy and confidentiality very serious. No pictures that are submitted for case production are ever saved, once item is produced and passes QC the image is then deleted.
